FSM Grab Bar Screen is a very robust coarse bar screen for protecting pumps, downstream screens and other equipment from large solids. FSM has used this design for more than 30 years.
Solids are retained on the bar rack and removed by a special grab whose teeth engage between the bars. The grab lifts material and a pivoting scraper discharges it.
The Grab Bar Screen is suitable for wide, deep channels and for wastewater, river-water and seawater duties.
