HUBER Belt Thickener DrainBelt

HUBER Belt Thickener DrainBelt provides gravity thickening of conditioned sludge on a moving filter belt. Its duty is to remove free water and prepare sludge for downstream dewatering or treatment.

Sludge is distributed evenly onto the permeable belt. Filtrate drains downward through the belt, while thickened sludge moves to the discharge zone; Depending on the configuration, redistribution elements can be used to manage the sludge layer.
