ODIS Multimedia Filters Series 4500

ODIS Multimedia Filters Series 4500 is a range of deep-bed media filters for removing organic and inorganic suspended solids. Multiple media layers retain contaminants through the depth of the bed.

The vessel has a two-chamber design: media occupies the upper chamber and filtered water is collected below. A distribution plate with polymer diffusers spreads flow uniformly and reduces channeling.

The range is used for water reuse, pretreatment before RO and deionization, drinking water, iron and manganese removal and tertiary wastewater treatment. Backwashing expands the bed and removes retained solids.
