ODIS Hydrocyclone Sand Separator Series RC9000

ODIS Hydrocyclone Sand Separator Series RC9000 is a range of hydrocyclone sand separators for preliminary removal of heavy mineral particles without a replaceable filter element.

Water enters tangentially and forms a vortex. Heavier particles move toward the wall and lower collection section while the clarified stream exits through the central channel.

RC9000 is used for water containing sand and other heavy particles in intake, irrigation and industrial treatment systems. Unit size is selected from flow, particle size and density, and acceptable pressure loss.
