OTT STANDARD 2

OTT STANDARD 2 is a tube membrane diffuser for fine-bubble aeration of municipal and industrial wastewater. The diffuser body is made of polypropylene and can be equipped with FLEXSIL® or FLEXNORM® membranes.

The design incorporates a continuous air channel for uniform air distribution along the diffuser. The outer end of the body is open, allowing partial flooding of the core and reducing buoyancy.

STANDARD 2 is designed for quick installation on air-distribution headers and is particularly suitable for retrofit work in existing aeration systems. Rectangular headers can use 30, 40 or 45 mm connection openings, while round headers can be fitted using a saddle adapter.

The series is available in standard effective lengths of 500, 750 and 1000 mm. Membrane type, length and connection configuration are selected according to the aeration system and project requirements.
