TrojanUV3000B

TrojanUV3000B is a modular Trojan Technologies UV system for small wastewater treatment plants with flow rates from 158 to 789 m³/h. Its modular design is intended to minimize operator involvement and simplify integration into existing facilities.

The system uses 87.5 W low-pressure lamps. Each module can contain 4, 6 or 8 lamps, with up to 20 modules per bank and up to three lamp banks installed in series.

Electronic lamp drivers are integrated within sealed modules and cooled by natural convection. Individual modules can be removed for maintenance without interrupting flow through the channel.

The control system supports automatic switching of individual banks according to wastewater flow. This flow-pacing function matches UV output to treatment demand and can reduce electrical consumption during periods of lower flow.

Water level can be controlled with a fixed weir or ALC gate. The final number of banks and modules is determined during project-specific design.
