TrojanUV3000Plus

TrojanUV3000Plus is a modular UV system series from Trojan Technologies for wastewater disinfection. It is designed for a wide range of treatment applications including primary and tertiary effluent treatment and water-reuse projects.

The system uses high-efficiency 250 W amalgam lamps. Electronic variable-output lamp drivers provide 60–100% power control so UV output can be adjusted to changing operating conditions.

Each module can contain 4, 6 or 8 lamps installed horizontally and parallel to the water flow. The modular architecture allows the treatment configuration to be selected according to plant capacity and project requirements.

An optional automatic ActiClean chemical/mechanical system cleans the quartz sleeves during operation without requiring modules to be removed from the channel.

Control options include TouchSmart, TouchSmart Plus and PLC-based controllers. Water level can be managed by an ALC system, fixed weir or motorized weir gate. The final number of modules and system configuration are determined by project-specific design.
