TrojanUV3000PTP

TrojanUV3000PTP is a pre-engineered UV system designed for small wastewater treatment plants, with treatment capacity up to 473 m³/h. Its modular configuration is intended to simplify installation at both new and existing facilities.

The system can be installed in existing chlorine contact tanks and effluent channels. Prefabricated stainless-steel channels with integrated weirs are also available.

TrojanUV3000PTP uses low-pressure lamps rated at 45 or 87.5 W. Each module contains 2 or 4 lamps, while each bank can accommodate up to 10 modules. Up to two lamp banks can be installed in series.

Electronic lamp drivers are integrated directly into the modules and cooled by natural convection, eliminating the need for air-conditioning for lamp-driver cooling. Individual modules can be removed for sleeve cleaning and lamp replacement.

Channel arrangement and the final number of modules, lamps and banks are selected according to treatment capacity and site requirements.
