TrojanUVFit

TrojanUVFit is a series of closed-vessel, in-pipe UV systems from Trojan Technologies for disinfection of filtered wastewater and non-potable reuse applications. Unlike open-channel systems, TrojanUVFit is installed directly in the process piping and treats water inside a closed UV chamber.

The series includes four configurations: 04AL20, 08AL20, 18AL40 and 32AL50. Depending on the model, the chamber contains 4, 8, 18 or 32 high-efficiency, high-output, low-pressure amalgam lamps.

The chambers are manufactured from 316L stainless steel. Lamps, quartz sleeves, sensors and other internal components can be accessed from the chamber end cap, simplifying maintenance and allowing installations close to walls or adjacent equipment.

An automatic sleeve-wiping system operates at preset intervals without interrupting treatment. Electronic lamp drivers are available with either constant 100% output or variable 60–100% output.

TrojanUVFit systems can be installed in parallel or in series. The specific model, chamber dimensions, connections and operating parameters are selected according to flow, pressure and project requirements. A single chamber can treat flows up to 7 MGD, depending on the selected configuration and design conditions.
