Wastewater Flotation
Flotation is used to separate contaminants that can be effectively removed from water with fine air bubbles. Particles and droplets attach to the bubbles, rise to the surface and are removed from the flow.
The technology can be applied to suspended solids, fats and oils and as part of physicochemical treatment of industrial wastewater. The process configuration depends on wastewater composition, chemical conditioning and required treated-water quality.
